Proxy server to login into software?

are there free proxy server that allow me to login to software? for example the free proxy server allow me to browse websites, but what if i want to log into software how do i use proxy for that?

I guess that you need to socksify your software (program) or with other words redirect all connections from your programs through SOCKS server. You will need to use other programs to be able to socksify your software like FreeCap or SocksCap and both are freeware.
